โA last minute getaway turned perfect! Easy check-in and out, the cottage was immaculately prepared. It was too warm to use the fireplace, what a blessing. I will always return if there is availability.โ
โClean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.โ
โDefinitely very amiable service. Clean and well maintained facilities. Continental breakfast is tasty if spare, but absolutely delicious for the price. Nothing else in Santa Cruz delivers more bang for the buck without any negativesโ
โThe service was nice, our A/C, bed, and shower were all great. It was very quiet at night. The close location to Wharf and Downtown eats is great. We had a top floor corner room, which we hoped for. But I think we were too far from the router, our internet was awful. Also they bizarrely had an ashtray right in front of our window, so we dealt with smoke and smokers frequently. โ
โWe had an excellent experience in the new hotel. Low Tide had great food and drinks, the service was super attentive, the pool, spa and room were nicely designed and at high standards. โ
