"We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We also really enjoyed the breakfast with a decent amount of options. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try the hot tub, but everything else about our stay was excellent. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would gladly return in the future."

"Despite being an older building, the property was freshly painted, clean and comfortable. We had e erything we needed and they came and tidied our room each day, emptied trash, new towels, and made the beds. I haven't experienced that in so long that I had forgotten what it was like to have made up room! Beds very comfortable, grounds pleasant. Highly recommend. Breakfast might have been a bit scant but it was adequate."

"We checked in on Friday afternoon and they were experiencing a nationwide outage and the two desk clerks were very quick even with the outage. They were also very nice. Beautiful property my kids called it a castle. Rooms are spacious and has everything you could need even a smart tv. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in the area."

"Nice place to stay. Nothing fancy. Quiet location. A couple things to note. Cell service is spotty because of the remoteness and the dog fee is a little steep. The property is in need of some fixing up here and there. But all in all, it was a pleasant choice."

"By far my favorite hotel in Santa Cruz. The staff is so welcoming and nice. The pool was heated and they have a hot tub which was open until 10 pm giving my kids a plenty of time for a night swim after a long day of sightseeing. The first is clean. The breakfast and coffee is absolutely amazing. Each morning they had wonderful selections! It was about a 12 min walk from the boardwalk. Coffee and ice cream shops! The valet were so informative and personable."

"Excellent stay! I loved our cabin. It had a beautiful view, and my family really enjoyed spending time surrounded by nature, the river, and the majestic redwood trees. It was peaceful, relaxing, and a wonderful place to create family memories. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide daily housekeeping, including room cleaning and fresh towels each day. That would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!"
