"The room was ok clean. 1 blanket on the bed, paper thin. Staff was uninterested in helping when asked. Supposedly a no smoking property but most of the rooms when you walked by reeked of cigarette smoke to the point the three of us ended with headaches. Wall are paper thin. Horrible experience. Will never be back and will recommend people to seek elsewhere to stay."

"This motel was in a convenient location for our needs. The room was clean and spacious, and the 4-queen-bed situation was excellent for the price. However, having absolutely no way to turn the heating on during a 8°C night is wild. The bathroom fan wasn't functional either. As others have mentioned, trains run nearby. We heard at least six during the ≈12hours we spent in Sprague, so plan on using earplugs. Overall a decent place, just cold. "

"The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on future trips to Airway Heights"
