The property is clean and the staff is excellent, however I was disappointed that there was no fridge nor microwave in the room. I had to go to the restaurant downstairs to get ice to keep my wife medication cool and also the shower pressure was very low so you have to take a longer time to shower. Also I had to ask the kitchen staff at the restaurant downstairs to warm up my wife hot pack in their microwave. If wasn’t for these 3 issues I would have definitely given them a 4 star and highly recommend them because of the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff and plus it’s at a great location.Breakfast was awesome every morning, lots of choices .

Well built hotel with mahogany wood doors and furniture. Look for the parking attendant at the side door to find a spot. Great helpful staff. The included full buffet breakfast was delish and an added bonus

Very welcoming staff upon arrival, super friendly. We had our dog with us and they were really good with her also. Parking was right at the front door. The hotel is in immaculate condition.

Really nice hotel

This hotel was luxurious and offered many accoutrements in the suite. It is in the middle of the city and the horns start honking early here , not the fault of the hotel. Eggs at breakfast were phenomenal, and we would be stay in this clean hotel again.

Clean room. Good A/C. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only negative is the attached restaurant did not have any of the shrimp dishes. Lots to choose from but they were out of shrimp which is kind of unacceptable in my opinion. The continental breakfast was very good though.

Ok if you have to

Located next to a noicy street. Staff was nice and friendly. Bathroom was tiny, couldn't open the door all the way because of space and garbage can was in the shower and you had to move it depending on what you were doing. Skip the breakfast, it was dry, no taste and boring

Location of hotel is good, however, there is lack of parking spaces, which can be difficult to find due to the hotel’s location. Friendly staff, food selection is good and fresh. Room cleanliness is OK, but elevators to upper spaces are tight, only allow 2-3 people without the luggage. Charging up the phones can be difficult due to the lack of electrical outlets for it. Needs upgrades.
