“The hotel was the best hotel I've stayed in the last couple of years. Staff was polite and prompt, breakfast was served perfectly with all cooked with organic ingredients. Dinner was an amazing experience as it was fine dining with very tasty food and served by professional staff from the restaurant. I would definitely stay in this hotel again for my next visit to the Frysland.”

“Excellent weekender. I stopped in on my drive up to Denmark. I had the attic room, wonderful appointed bathroom, comfortable bed and great view of the garden. Very clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were very friendly as were the locals. It’s a convenient location too, lots of great sites just a short drive away. I would stay again. ”

“This is my new favorite hotel in the Netherlands. The staff is very warm and welcoming, my room was ENORMOUS, the setting is a rural village and the hotel is a 19th century hospital conversion. High ceilings and classic architecture. Biggest bonus was a forest walking trail behind the hotel. This place was ideal for me and my dog! Will definitely return!”
