The hotel is clean and ready for living in. The receptionist, the young man, is very helpful and tireless to help while my car got problems. The breakfast is very goo. In a word we enjoyed the stay.

The check in was quivk and easy. The room was overall comfortable, but mattresses are in need of replacing soon and the room smelled slightly of sewage. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Was a bit disappointed that we had no confirmation that the swimming pool was not going to be open. Even though Hotels.com had advised it to be open by the time we got there. Also the hotel is 20km from the centre of town? So you will need a car to get there.

Mis/dis- information was disappointment

We choose this hotel because of location in the nature and facilities (sauna and pool) for a short weekend. It was a big disappointment since pool and sauna was out of service. It was a general maintenance (should be planned in advance), so it should be indicated at the booking process ‘it will be closed during certain period. Customers are assessing their booking chose not only location, value but also facilities and offered services. So no informing them correctly is inappropriate and feels over paid because the offering services were not available. We stayed only 1 day, but we met other customers came to enjoy pool and sauna as a family and they were unhappy because booked for a few days for their holiday. I felt more sorry for them. In general, location was good in the nature and calm. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast was average ..

Kamer 229 was ruim en schoon, maar de badkamer rook als riool. Wel goed schoon maar niet te harden die lucht. Tevens gaat het licht daar automatisch aan en uit, maar de deur sluit niet goed dus s'nacht naar toilet en alle drie wakkeromdat het licht én aangaat én 10 minuten aanblijft omdat de deur niet sluit.
