Room was very tired and showing signs of its age. Damaged wall paper and furniture. Restaurant staff generally good, a few poor customer performance. Room safe was not working and although repeated requested, not fixed for four days.

Een prima weekeinde gehad, alles was keurig verzorgd, compliment! Tip, kussens zijn super slecht, als je om andere vraagt wordt er vertelt dat deze net zo slecht zijn. Pas ook de muziek aan, steeds hetzelfde bandjes irriteert!

Prima familie hotel. 4-sterren meer dan waard. Erg zorgzaam personeel wat niet over de (vermoedelijke) eigenaresse gezegd kan worden. Bij uitchecken vanmorgen maakte een jong meisje bij de receptie kennelijk een foutje bij het opmaken van de eindafrekening. De eigenaresse (wat oudere dame) vond het vervolgens nodig dit meisje enorm uit te foeteren waar gasten bij stonden. Schandelijke manier om zo met je personeel om te gaan. Fletcher hotel zeer onwaardig. Heb aangegeven dat het meisje ons juist keurig had geholpen.
