“It is a very eclectic hotel with unique lounging areas on the different floors. Staff were great and breakfast was good. There was an issue with no curtains or shades on the door to one of the balconies in our room but being on the 3rd floor mitigate any exposure. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Johannesburg again ”

“Well run facility. We stayed as a 2+2 family in the room with a double bedroom and bunk-bed in the lounge-kitchen-diner area. It was good to have this extra space and flexibility. Games room was a hit with the kids. Local restaurants/cafes are fine. Eastgate Mall is 1 mile away and safely walkable in daytime. Manager offers transfers in his car. Definitely recommend. (We went to SCI-BONO on one day which is the best science museum we've ever been to and great value.)”

“Melrose Place Boutique is a jewel in the heart of Johannesburg. A small hotel (35 rooms) in a pretty residential neighborhood. Surrounded by lush vegetation and a small but beautiful swimming pool, it is both cozy and relaxing to sit on your patio and enjoy the view and quiet.
