" Very haphazard room layout. Sprawling building and room numbering makes little sense. Not properly explained at check in, and despite asking for an easy to get to room I had to take two lifts and steps with a heavy case. When I asked for help with my case in checkout I was told ‘we don’t have a bell service’. A technician kindly helped me."

"Check in was friendly and helpful. Our room on lower floor was a little noisy, so would suggest requesting an upper level. Small issue. Room was reasonably big, clean and comfortable. Close to all sites, shops and restaurants. Really good."

"Hotel is in a good location and staff were efficient courteous. Public areas far too warm. Single rooms rather tired and in need of refurbishment. Other rooms spacious and well equipped but rooms overlooking street noisy. Also, rooms too warm and needed to open window to cool as no way to change temperature in room. Breakfast very good, but PLEASE get rid of musak. There is no need and peace and quiet much preferred. I booked 4 rooms for a party of four and I'm responding on behalf of all of us."

"The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern."

"The cleaning staff was exceptional. Our room was tidy every day. The desk staff was available to answer questions. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked and smelled delectable. The location, while away from the train stations is located near the Grote Markt and the heart of the central city. "
