“An amazing little hotel with very friendly owners/staff. Only six rooms but a decent-sized pool with easily enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all. We used the hotel as a 12-day base for multiple roadtrips to Olympia, Sparta, Mycenae and others, but every other guest only stayed 1 or 2 nights on stopovers. On our non-travel days, we often had the entire pool area to ourselves, but all was quiet if other guests also used it as everyone wanted to sunbathe/sleep in peace. The rooms are very...

“We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. “Had a room with a seaview (no balcony) that had all that we had wanted - parking (free) for the car nearby, A/C, comfortable bed & tea-making facilities and close proximity to the Old Town. Lovely helpful staff. Did need the curtains / shutters to block the lights from a nearby building.”
