“I arrived with my 3 year old son and had booked a beachfront room. There was nobody at the property and no instructions how to check in. The Expedia email said to call them, but there was no answer. When I arrived, I asked a lady at a restaurant around the corner and she told me where to go for the check in. When I arrived at the front desk, at a different hotel, the lady working there politely told me the hotel I selected was overbooked and she started walking me to a room at that different...

But when we ask to call airport shuttle bus from airport to hotel or taxi to go Fira area, the staff call that and always we had to pay 20 euros each even though in their reservation page there was written 7.5 euors. It's very expensive. When I heard from local friend about the cost from airport to monolithia hotel if the taxi has meter machine, it costs only 5 euros.
