Great staff, very courteous and helpful. Loved the breakfast and high tea. It felt like a family get together. The property is obviously old and the management keeps updating. Rooms are small but clean and updated. Views are amazing.

Positives: Good breakfast, location is close to Mall road, Staff is very cooperative and there are some activities organised by hotel for guests Negatives: Rooms are basic with old furniture, they're extending the hotel further downhill which completely destroys the valley view Overall it comes across as a pricey hotel for what it serves

The staff and management tream were courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. Their efforts at looking after our group made us feel like we were staying with family. Family Trip

Hotel on Mall Road. Fantastic view from property. Comfortable rooms. Great service. Excellent menu - both veg and non veg. Restaurant and Bar available. Parking available. Dining hall seating both inside and in glass house. Garden for kids to play. Manager and staff are on top of things always. Evening tea and snacks were excellent. Would definitely recommend this property for leisure stay and relaxation. Breakfast spread was wonderful. One thing that hotel should work on is working with police to let taxis come to the hotel. Currently police stops taxis at checkpoint 200-300 meters away from the hotel. Other than that it was excellent.

Close to Mall Road. But entrance is difficult for the downward slope and ban on taxi entry. Food quality was ok but nothing extraordinary, needs improvement. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Great property and amazing service.

I stayed at Ramada for the first time. It is a beautiful property. The staff is very courteous and service is very quick. You name a thing and they will ensure you have it. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the mall road. The only thing which could have been better is the view from the hotel room.. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked in advance with hotel.com so they have given us room with parking view. At time of booking breakfast was mention but hotel refused. Spoiled my time and two days in this hassle. The amount I paid in two days I will get more better hospitality and room. My two days of relax holiday was totally wasted.

The property was charged as 5 star but nothing seem in the property as 5 star The gym was closed in evening The breakfast buffet was very limited option The receptionist had limited knowledge of proces of dinner and lunch buggfets The property is way to small with no amenities and facilities in it I really didnt understood for what the charges were as high as 20k

Here are the major issues with this property: 1) Like any other hotel on the Mall Road, you can't get to the property in a cab. You must either walk to the property from the Mall Road entrance or call the hotel to send their car to the Mall Road entrance. Being unable to take a car to the hotel is primarily a bigger problem for any traveler with difficulty walking. The porters carried our luggage from the Mall Road entrance to the hotel. Hiring the porters is your responsibility, by the way. 2) There is no elevator or lift for the second floor. You have to climb stairs to get to the second floor. Anyone with problems with climbing upstairs should not book any room on the second floor. 3) The gym was a joke. Two of four machines were not working at all, and one was in a bad shape. 4) The hotel has one restaurant. The breakfast was good, but the lunch and dinner menus were quite limited, and the food was of average quality. 5) The restaurant plays loud music during dinner, usually from 9.30 pm onwards. This can be pretty disruptive for the hotel guests.

I booked suite, but the one allotted to was city view and not so good. Upon insistence, they transferred us to a valley view suite for one night and hence appreciated. Rooms are renovated but work quality is below average. Restaurant staff and chef were proactively helpful.
