“Villa was great. We had a 2 bedroom & the price was very reasonable. The ceiling had a small leak from upstairs unit but it was dried up and didn’t interfere with our stay. My only complaints would be the water pressure for the shower was really low and the waitress at the restaurant/bar wasn’t very friendly- in a rush to get us out. Overall we were happy with our stay & would book again. ”

“The apartment was lovely! Very spacious and clean! All basic supplies were provided. Easy walking distance to grocery store, main areas— Canal Street, Convention Center, French Quarter. It was quiet at night; the bedrooms were dark with very comfortable beds— conducive for sleeping! Would definitely return. Only tip— upon arrival, use the bottom of the three key pads —(not the top one pictured in the check-in information as it didn’t work). Otherwise, everything was well-communicated. ”

“It is clean, the latest facility. The electrical outlet is in the wrong position, so it is inconvenient to use. Do not be fooled by the terrace photos. Most rooms have no terrace, and there are many rooms that do not even have windows.”

“Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked”

“Nice place for enjoying New Orleans center. however slight inconvenience with heavy bags due to lack of any escalators or elevators. if arrived late, you should contact with the host because the front door will be closed. overall, there would be no better place nearby with this cost”

“Went for Jazz Fest. Was looking at hotels a bit outside of town but happy we paid the extra to stay here. Right on the edge of the French Quarter, great location. Nice to have full fridge/stove/washer/dryer. Side note: Be careful on Bourbon Street! We had our wallet and cell phone stolen. ”

“The lofts was perfect for our 5 day trip. The unit had everything as described: towels, linens, kitchen well equipped with all essentials, bed was comfy, private and quiet. Excellent deal for price. We normally stay at Marriotts but this time we opted for this loft and we thought was a better deal. Windows are older style single pane and allowed noise in but we managed. Small complex so it was easy and short distance to get in to elevator and to out unit and very much enjoyed it especially...

“Wasn’t able to find password for wifi or key fob. Shower half way worked and clothes were in the dryer literally from 10pm until close to check out neither load got dry. Had to take wet clothes on the plane.”
