J'avais réservé 2 nuits mais vu l'état de la chambre j'ai demandé à annuler la seconde. Le propriétaire m'a dit qu'il ferait le nécessaire auprès de Expedia mais il n'en est rien. Il m'a demandé de payer en cash a l'arrivée alors que le paiement était fait en ligne. Il a prétexté n'avoir eu aucune réservation de la part d'expedia, une mauvaise fois incroyable. Après deux heures de confrontation il a même fait semblant d'appeler devant moi mais le téléphone était éteint .. Chambre très salé, salle de bain pleine de moisissures et de champignons vraiment inutilisable même avec des tongs! Une odeur épouvantable, des draps sales. N'allez pas chez eux c'est vraiment cher pour un taudis...

A nice hotel if you are looking for a budget stay
Overall, it was an OK stay. The hotel is at the main bazaar which is good if you like the metro and shopping, but bad if you like taking cars due to the congestion of the road. While the room did not have AC and the fan was not situated right above the bed, I still had good nights' rest for the four days I stayed there. The food is ok and the staff are great. If you need a decent place to stay for a low price, then you can give this hotel a try.

メインバザールのメイン通りからは奥まったところにあるが、迷うことはない。ダブルベッドと天井ファン、テレビ、お湯シャワー、洋式便所でタオルとトイレットペーパー、石鹸が提供された。エアコンはあったが、電気がつかず。エコノミーの部屋だったのでエアコンは元より期待はしていなかったので問題なし。Wifiもちゃんと使えた。 個人的にトラブルがあって病院に行きたいと従業員に相談したら、近くの診療所に連れて行ってくれた。他のスタッフも含め、皆ちゃんとしていた印象。

Worst hotel in Delhi.
This was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. I booked 4 nights but didn't even stay 1. They kept my money for all 4 nights though. The room with filthy, the sheets and pillow cases were stained and looked like they had been used. The door didn't lock. I ended up booking a room at another place and the manager got nasty when I said I was leaving.

Reasonably Priced - Avoid Travel Desk
We stayed twice at Cottage Ganga Inn, once on our arrival in Delhi and again after completing the golden triangle. The hotel rooms were fairly comfortable and reasonably priced. The food at the rooftop restaurant was very good, but the customer service let it down. The location is central being just off Main Bazaar, which although touristy and good for low budget hotels is not the prettiest part of the city. It is also next to New Delhi train station, so be vigilant against scam artists who may try to stop you to get you into private "Government of India" travel agencies. Unfortunately we found the travel desk at the hotel's reception to be no better after being explicitly lied to in an attempt to get us to book train tickets through them. We were told outright that we weren't able to book them directly at the train station as it was shut to tourists due to Diwali, which we didn't believe and disproved the same morning. We would recommend to people looking for a short stay on a low budget.

it's bad experience ever, i booked for 2 nights but i stayed only one night, the hotel area is terrible and not clean, the taxi has to drop you 100 meters far from the hotel and you have to walk in dirt till the door if the hotel, when i reached the entrance a lot if people sleeping in the lobby!!, staff is rude and not cooperative, he was sleeping and when they wake him up he comes with sad and aggressive face!! the room is triple and the placket is dirty and smells bad, i found yellow spots in the only towel in the room!! unsafe electric connections and the bath room is not as you wish to be, overall it's very bad experience to me

Don't stay here. Scam hotel
Nothing worked, and the staff constantly tried to rip me off with bulkshit deals. No hot water, no ac. I even heard them discussing over the phone how to trick me into paying them more.

Wi-Fiがちゃんと使えます。
チェックイン時の昼の時間帯はお湯が出てたんですが、翌朝はお湯が出ず水シャワーでした。 シャワールームは広くて快適です。 無料のWi-Fiが自室で十分な速度で使えたので助かりました。部屋は広めで静かなのでゆっくり休めました。 暗い路地に少しだけ入っていかなければならないので、もし初めてメインバザールへ来て夜に1人で探すとかだとちょっと分かりづらいかもしれません。 スタッフは親切で総合的に見て良いホテルだと思います。

Cottage Ganga Inn ist mitten im Bazar ( Pahar Ganj) gelegen, aber dennoch wunderbar ruhig. Freundlicher Empfang, hilfreiche Männer an der Rezeption, gutes Essen im Roof-Top Restaurant, Zimmer sind o.k., Bad etwas renovierungsbedürftig .. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, daher empfehlenswert! Ich werde dort wieder wohnen!

Great value budget stay
Stay only one night, but would have been happy to stay longer. The rooms are a little old fashioned, but clean, comfortable, functional and everything worked e.g. hot water, WiFi etc. The staff were just fantastic. They were friendly and welcoming from check-in to well after I'd checked out. Location wise Cottage Ganga Inn is easy walk to New Delhi Railway station. It's located in the very busy area of main bazaar. Fortunately, it down 2 side streets and therefore very quiet, day or night. I had no problems getting to sleep. Loads of places to eat close by including plenty of street food, and lots of shops close.

Clean, comfortable budget hotel near NDLS train
This was exactly the stay I had hoped for from reading reviews. The hotel is positioned off a small alley in a busy bazarre area near the NDLS train station. Being off the road is quiet. The staff were fantastic and very helpful figuring out the train system on my first time riding in a long while. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. A nice hot shower and western toilet. The food was good and promptly delivered to the room. I will definitely stay here again when traveling through Delhi. Thank you Cottage Ganga for a very welcoming first night visiting lovely India again.

Good, quite & reasonable hotel
I had stayed for 4 nights during my business trip. The hotel is reasonable and comfortable. The neighbourhood is not so clean but once you get inside the hotel it is pretty quite and comfortable.

Good if you are catching an early train
Okay compared to some of the other hotels in the area. Nice, friendly, professional staff. Unrealible hot water. Towels and linen didn't feel that clean. About what you would expect for the price and location.

Quiet hotel in a busy area
We enjoyed our stay at Cottage Ganga Inn . The staff are friendly and helpful and the deluxe room was comfortable and clean . Hot water and free wifi which works fine mostly . They organised a sim for my phone with minimum of hassle and they are storing some excess baggage for us which we pick up in January when we are happily staying at Cottage Inn again before our return home .

Adequate if you don't mind...
Located down a dark and difficult to find alley, this hotel sits amidst the cacophony of the Old Delhi market area. You won't mind this hotel if you don't mind being hassled whenever you go somewhere, or mind walking down narrow unlit alleys, or mind dealing with finicky hotel staff who don't accept certain kinds of bank notes (ie. with tape or older notes which you may have unwittingly accepted as change from anyone in the market or India in general). . I had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with menacing hotel staff (ie. the hotel manager) who not only refused to give change for the Indian rupees I used when paying for my room service breakfast, but spoke rather enigmatically about me, which I perceived as a veiled threat. I promptly exchanged the notes for him for fear of my safety at his hotel. So, if these kinds of things don't bother you, then The Cottage Ganga Inn is an adequate place to house your stay in New Delhi.

I was booked for my father , and my father said to me that the hotel is so clone and quite , and so important is all the staff are so good and always ready to help and food was so good , one bangali cook they have and he making food like real home food.

Nowhere near the Airport
I arrived late and left super early. I had a flight out of Delhi airport. When I did a search for places close to the airport, this place came up. It took me over an hour to get there. The staff wasn't super excited that I arrived at 1am and left at 5am - I woke them up both times

Excellent Stay
I stayed the Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn for one night. This hotel is probably the most peaceful hotel of main bazar. The room was neat and clean with good speed wifi. the staff is helpful which out of way to help you out. The main new delhi railway station and Metro station are just 5-10 mins walking from the Hotel. So it makes the city very accessible from the Hotel. Do give it a try if you want to stay centrally in Delhi. Will definitely be back again !

大通りから一本離れて
静かで、部屋もきれいで落ち着きました。やや古いですが滞在には申し分ないです。快適でした！I felt very comfortable at this hotel!

路地の奥で静か
メインバザールから路地を入った一番奥にある場所でとても静か。 スタッフも感じよく、空いていたので部屋を無料でランクアップしてくれた。 ホットシャワーも常時使えた。 ベッドも広く快適だった。wifiもスピードは１メガないが使える。
