Was trying to connect to wifi from my room and it wasn't . I asked many times but nothing done to resolved, in fact told to come to lobby to use it. So I gave up requesting.
I was in this hotel in 2012 twice and based on that good exp, I booked this time, but it's not that good now for sure. May be they just take corporate booking seriously and not from individual

Really comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood
Excellent service; such comfortable beds and cold A/C! The manager and ALL staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating- to arrange a driver, to suggest sights to see or restaurants and markets to visit. The breakfast was hearty and delicious every morning, a good combination of Western and Indian foods. A short tuk-tuk ride to Lotus Temple, ISKON Temple and Kailish Temple. A Market just a five minute walk, and 15 minute walk to the metro. liked the hotel so much I booked an additional two night’s stay at the end of my tour.

Did not accommodate us
When we got there they were unable to accommodate us and tried to move us to a hotel that was half the price after we waited for quite some time. We disagreed and were finally driven to another hotel that was only somewhat better but not what we had paid for, assuming our stay was going to be at this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the location and it was a great inconvenience.

Recommended even for family stay
It was my family vacation and I found GKI area calm, safe and secure than other localities of the city. The Hotel amenities and staff service was good so the food. Metro station is also nearby vicinity making it well connected to part of city.
