Fairly good hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful (walked me back from ATM and let me in really early in the morning when they weren't fully open), room was decent size, bed was medium comfort, shower was hot, room a little older. Could use new towels/sheets as looking dingy and brown. A little bit of a walk to metro. Room service was reasonable price and good taste. CONS: Bedding/towels seemed old, hasn't had updates, not close to metro. PR0S: Good sized room, hot shower, clean, well priced, good wifi, good/friendly staff

The staff and service were excellent, and the room completely met our needs. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. It is a great place to stay to get a feel for the town, but not too far from the airport (about a half hour drive).

Ok place, but a bit too pricey

The hotel is convieniently located near the metro. As most places in Delhi though, the area is a bit caotic. This hotel is a decent option for a couple of nights, but a bit over-priced.

We were very pleased with our stay at Sun star. Hotel was clean and well maintained, staff were very friendly and accommodating with all our needs particularly with organising. We were appointed a wonderful driver Ashok who took care of us each day! Hotel is in a safe area with alot of places to eat and shops within walking distance. Breakfast was good each morning with a good variety! Would definitely return.

I felt unsafe in my own room. I could hear noises from other rooms all night. I heard people knocking at my door at hours. Area is run down and hard to get to. Not central at all.

Not clean. Stayed for 10 minutes observed roaches and left. They did try to offer a new room and they were extremely nice but when u have bug spray on deck this is a known problem. Nothing was done when I cancelled no assistance from Expedia either
