Room is great. Breakfast buffet was not good. Food did not seem fresh and hot food was tepid. Breakfast was a big disappointment. We left and ate outside hotel. Otherwise room was very comfortable.

Delicious food and beautiful, relaxing pool. Service was slow- had to call multiple times for things. Location is convenient next to the airport but there is really nothing walking distance. Loved the pool. Great place to try to get over jet lag.

The AC unit was locked into 22 degrees celsius. I called the front desk at 2am, unable to sleep, who sent someone up who proceeded to walk me through how to change an AC temp setting. I told him “I know how to change the temperature…the issue is the AC won’t actually bring the temperature down below 22 degrees C.” He said - “give it some time.” We slept through the night essentially sweating as the humidity levels were off the charts. Plus, we had an early morning flight. So the hotel was essentially a horrible overnight stay. Please know that we stayed in other Indian hotels (non-American brands) which were able to easily provide 20 or 21 degrees C in their rooms. So Hyatt really missed the mark here. Avoid is you want a comfortable overnight stay!
