There were severe scratches and spots on wooden floors . There were broken pot lights on ceilings . Washroom were super clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable . This place is clearly a great value for your money. I had a 'Deluxe' room with lots of space and very nice bathroom. I enjoyed the A/C and sound-proofing in the room along with prompt room service. The space outside of the rooms could possibly use a refresh as it supports a 70's wood panel look with aging carpet. The in-house dining is 'OK'. The staff is excellent and very helpful. With a bit of 'refresh', this could be a really great hotel. Thanks.
