AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They claimed not to have my booking(despite my showing them my Expedia confirmation email) & had clearly given my room away.So at 11.55pm in an unfamiliar city I had to find a new hotel at nearly 3 times the cost!!!
They should be struck off the Expedia approved list with immediate effect.
