The room and deccor was modern and clean with housekeeping coming every day. The staff from the doorman to check-in, to cleaners were all very welcoming polite and courteous. The breakfast had a wide variety and was fresh. There was also Indian options available.

Room was clean, big but we had a lot of issues, eg too cold in the room, no hot water for shower, electricity went out for a few hours. However, the Staff were all very friendly, professional, and prompt in attending to all the issues, and rectifying them quickly.

Staff was great across the board and very helpful wherever needed. Breakfast provided wide selection of choices and food was fresh and well prepared. Facilities were good including lobby area, pool area and spa. Room was good size and bed comfortable however it had a musty damp smell and feel. Corridor to room also had same smell. Dehumidifiers might help at least in room we stayed in. Overall it was a good stay.

Generally very good. Could have been more fruit options for breakfast. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. One morning there was a problem with the water in the bathroom which was running brown and the toilet was not flushing but I was told that it was being repaired which happened soon after. Good location

The Park hotel New Delhi– Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect – close to all the main attractions but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good, with a great variety of options( there was also Nutella !! *😜 I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
