Un hotel excelente

Un excelente servicio en un sector muy tranquilo de la ciudad. Es perfecto para llegar del aeropuerto por primer vez. El equilibrio precio / beneficio es completamente perfecto. De hecho, es mucho mejor que otros hoteles de precio mayor. Repetiré sin dudarlo cuando regrese a DELHI.

Great location but average place to stay

We stayed for 3 nights at this place and was a nightmare with the Delhi cold. There was no heater and even after several requests we were not offered any. The cold was so bad that I feel ill. Also the room was in second floor without lift. Heaters are must during winter

Simple hotel in good location. 15 to 20 minute drive to the airport and 15 minute walk distance to Ambient Mall. Staff is very unfriendly and the room is a freezer. So if you're planning to stay there in the winter, I don't recomment at all. Wifi worked ok.

Fine Business stay near Ambiance mall

Had to stay for 3 days in gurgaon before leaving. Speed of WiFi is really impressive. I've been to many hotels in India as a travelers and I've never stayed in a place where WiFi is as fast as this. I would recommend to those who are looking for a business stay.

If you are looking for a budget hotel then this will do otherwise you will be disappointed. I needed somewhere to just stay few hours because my flight flew in really late so it served my purpose.

Good hotel not fr from the airport

Hotel is great valie for the amount of money you pay. Staff is quite friendly and very considerate. I landed at 12am and needed something for the night as I had to catch another flight next afternoon. Check out time is 11am, but upon asking, they happily extended it until 12.30pm. Staff is very helpful. One thing, which, I liked particularly was, that your breakfast is included in the price and also served in the room. Just ring the reception. Room was clean and bathroom in good condition as well. Overall, GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Nice hotel close to the Cyber hub!

just an amazing hotel. staff can speak english pretty well, so guests from overseas can communicate well.

Very Nice Hotel!

Staff can speak English well. it is very good for traveler and business man from overseas and I do not know the detail, but Overseas guest can not stay some Indian hotels because of some issue. But this hotel is fine so you can stay smoothly even you come from other countries/

Good food,unfriendly staff,room needs maintenance

1. Lost water in the bathroom twice while using it. 2. Power cutoff so many times i stopped counting but I guess it must be normal according to a local resident. The power cutoffs were very noticeable because the lights went out everytime the hotel switched to/from the power generator. I'm happy that they have power generator that's why I'm still giving a good overall rating. 3. The staffs (all male) weren't friendly (they never smiled even once but it could be their culture) at all but they brought water and food quick enough when we asked for it. 4. They dont have a dining area with buffet, which I expected initially because of a cardboard notice found inside the room but found out later it wasnt true. 5. The door to the bathroom doesnt close properly, you have to slam it shut everytime and I got stuck at least 3x inside because when you do close the door it was difficult to open because the door is too tight against the door frame. 6. Twice they forgot to give us new bar soaps after housekeeping but they gave it when I asked for it. 7. Once when I requested for fresh towels in the afternoon around 2pm they said they dont have extra towels but after I complained at the Treebo Customer Care they gave it. 8. The room seems to be quite old and needs maintenance but it is still functional. 9. Their food is quite expensive but really delicious and they have free RO water but you have to specifically tell them you want the free water. 10. No safe.

Good services

Good food , Nice rooms, good services , helpful and quick staff, Room could be more spacious but overall the hotel is amazing . My stay in treebo is fantastic
