Clean room, comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was great and staff very polite. The renovation work meant there was a faint smell of paint everywhere, but it was bearable. Hotel seems to be used a lot for work conferences, which meant loud music into the night - the windows didn't quite block it ...

When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost.
