“We had an excellent stay at Smeralda Beach Hotel over Christmas. Lovely boutique hotel right by Dickwella Beach. Friendly staff and very good food in the restaurant. Calm and quiet area, close to Hiriketiya Beach where surfing and cool vibe. Short walk to snorkling with turtles. ”

“Randi is the kindest person. I felt like she adopted me. She makes the most delicious breakfasts. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Make sure to book a room with garden view as those are wonderful. It felt authentic and was a super central location. Close to he beach and all the good restaurants in Mirissa. A steal! There are many common areas that are shared with Jackie’s guest house which is nice. It was six good days!”

“I had a wonderful stay at Wild Roots! I stayed for 6 nights. Room was spotless. Great AC. Kettle with tea and coffee. Spacious bathroom with a hot shower. Loved the balcony. Location is ideal. One minute walk to the stunning beach, but just off the busy main road. Staff were incredibly friendly. Always available both before and during my stay. Nothing was too much bother. Helped arranged drivers for me. Would absolutely stay again. ”

“Das Zimmer war funktional - großes Bett mit guter Matratzze und richtiger Bettwäsche und Moskitonetz. Kühlschrank, 2 Deckenventilaoren und Klimaanlage. großes Badezimmer mit guten Sanitäranlagen, Dusche mit Warmwasser. Alles wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und gewechselt. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und Wünschen. Täglich gab es frisch zubereitetes lokales Frühstück. Ruhige Lage, 5 minuten Gehweg zum Hauptstrand von Mirissa. Immer wieder gerne”

“We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again”

Das Frühstück war für sri-lankische Verhältnisse gut und ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber.
