The breakfast was amazing and location was good and close to many amenities. Staff is so friendly and helpful! The only thing we would chug Angie is the pool was great to have a private pool but it could have been a bit cleaner.

Staff and room cleaning were good, also daily shuttle to shopping and beach. Property is in quiet residential area, but a fair distance from bars, restaurants and any shops. Pictures on websites are from many years ago. Requested ground floor unit provided after two nights upstairs. Very minimalist decor, with bare metal shelving and clothes rail. Villas are dark and need drastic renovation. Only hot water is in shower, not hand basin or kitchen sink. Totally inadequate utensils, not even glasses until requested. Outdoor pool tiny and of dubious cleanliness. Had breakfast once which was good, but subject to many additional charges on final account. Cannot in all honesty recommend this for anyone to stay. Suggest inspection before continuing to list on accommodation sites. Disappointing week spent here.

Spacious, beautiful place to stay.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the people working there are even better. We arrived late at night, due to flight delays and were greeted with two friendly staff members who had everything ready for us. They helped to book cheap transportation, get change for us to pay for transport and the breakfast was great. The location is alright, it's quite the walk to the beach though so a quick transportation seems to be the way to go. Overall we loved the stay there.

We will be checking out tomorrow 16th August, one week early. Reasons being: First day the fridge leaked all over the floor and my daughter nearly slipped over! It was rectified. Our room has never been cleaned in a week, despite asking. We have repeatedly had to ask for water, coffee, sugar, towels and toilet paper. I had to tie the kitchen rubbish and left it at the front door, it was collected but no one brought us another garbage bag and the last garbage bag from the bathroom is nearly full as well. The pool has not been cleaned at all. The pillows are lumpy and it has been near impossible to get a good nights sleep. Lights were flickering in the bedroom a few nights ago, i have the video. Last night the air conditioner shut off and leaked water down the wall. The bedroom pool door does not lock. I reported it, nothing was done. The lounge room pool door is very hard to close and lock. Cutlery is rusty, dish sponge is disgusting. Lounge couch and table is very close to the floor causing a lot of back pain. I expected so much more from this property for my nearly $1800AUD Your photographs of this property are extremely misleading. We cannot stay here for another week under these conditions. I am requesting a refund for the second week due to the above problems. The day before we left i received a message asking to clean our room & pool. What was the point?

Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Leider waren alle Oberflächen zu abstellen klebrig so wie staubig unter dem Bett wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie geputzt mehrere Millimeter dicke Staubschicht, Flaschen und Verpackungsmüll. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

A revoir

Appartement a ete réservé pour 1 couple et 1 adolescent mais en arrivant il fallait payer soit un lit supplémentaire soit l 'ėtage en supplément ( pas tres clair dans le descriptif ). De plus , le petit dejeuner est au choix ( soit des oeufs bacon, soit du nasi goreng ou noodles ) 1 assiette ( il ne s'agit pas d'un buffet) pour tout le reste ( pancakes ou autres ) il faut donc payer un supplément . L'appartement n'est pas tres propre ( poubelle sans couvercle, moisissures, nids de poussieres abondantes ) malgre le fait que l'on ait tous les jours des bouteilles d'eau minérale à disposition. Attention ! L'appartement ne conviendrait pas a une famille avec des enfants en bas age , car la baie vitree donne immédiatement sur la piscine privee de l' appartement et elle peut donc constituer un danger de noyade. Enfin le service navette pour la plage est disponible pour un aller a 10h00 et un retour a 14h00 !!!! ( la plage est a 1/4h a pied par la ville )

Séjour très agréable, avec un personnel à l'écoute. Navette pour se rendre à la plage gratuite Service de qualité sur les repas et petits déjeuner Traitement anti insecte de la résidence Villa de qualité très correcte, piscine nettoyé chaque jour et ménage pareil avec les draps et serviettes changées a chaque fois. Pour séjourner à bali il vaut mieux être à Sanur vs Kuta qui est décevant (poubelles partout et mal fréquenté) rien avoir avec Sanur. Merci a Sanur Art Villas pour ce séjour fabuleux.

Arrived at the hotel to find yellow stains all over our sheets, dirty floors and smelly bathrooms. They had security check us in when we arrived because it was past 10pm, which was a very long process as he was clearly not trained in reception. Asked the hotel staff 3 times for them to improve the cleanliness of our room, and we were simply moved to another dirty room. Pool was dirty too! The room had mesh walls in the living room so the heat would come in and it was unpleasantly hot. Free breakfast was very small and not tasty at all. Was not impressed after paying such high rates for this villa. Would not stay here again, was too far out to walk into town, was about a half an hour walk in.

Nice rooms, clean, lovely pool. Staff friendly. Breakfast a little average and the villas are a little out of the way, but we had scooters, so not really a problem. Would go back.

Disappointment

The villa outlook looks very serene however the interior of the villa was not very well maintained. We booked 3 villas for 3 nights. All 3 villas' maintenance and cleanliness was not what we expected. The floor, utensil, cutlery, kettle were all dusty. The bathroom was not well maintained, showerhead was rusty, toilet bowl kept choking. Housekeeping was not done properly as well. The new towels changed were all stained, floor mats were not changed, they were just being turned into the other side for use. Breakfast was not as great as well. For that price, I would say there are better options around the area.

Villas have a lot of space, can't complain having your own private pool!! Conditions of the hotel are above indonisian standards, good cable signal lots of movies. A little far from the beach, take an excursion to visit with private driver, lots to see and do.
