The location is good but pool area’s small and unable to swim morning laps before 9:00am as is pool closed. There are multiple poolside rooms making it busy and unable to get a day bed. Restaurant was nice. We experienced the Mexican themed night buffet which was good. Great entertainment. Staff were awesome. Had a massage in the hotel spa which was ordinary. The staff at the concierge and check in counter are excellent. Very warm service. It is also at a very convenient location to supermarket, dining options and the beach. However we accidentally left some clothes in the wardrobe and housekeeping are not too honest. They claimed they only found one item. So what happened to the rest? It's a pity because this tainted the impression and we no longer feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone anymore.
