"The hotel was overall okay, but I personally would not stay here again mainly because of the location. While there is a nearby subway line, most main attractions — especially areas like Haeundae — were still over an hour away by transit, which made getting around quite time-consuming. The staff were polite, but communication was difficult at times as there was very limited English spoken or understood, making it challenging to get clear answers when needed. I was also surprised that access to the gym required an additional fee, which I did not expect. Overall, the stay was decent, but the location and convenience were not ideal for my trip."

"Great housekeeping staff and decent location in the middle of the action but management too profit centered day, even asked us to pay a deposit for umbrellas which is a first in all our travels in Asia! Feels like the management company running this property is more consumed by installing an automated dispenser for toothbrushes and charging for every courtesy item we’re accustomed to right as you enter the lobby. We found it cold uninviting and so transactional that we will not be returning. Rooms were cheaply decorated but the housekeeping staff was exceptionally thorough."

"It was unfortunate things continued go wrong throughout our entire stay. Even before checking in, I got a message letting me know their elevator wasn’t working so their staff would be helping us carry our luggage up to our room. When we got there, their main entrance was blocked off and we had to walk up a tiny side alley to get to the front desk. It did not feel like a “hotel”. During our stay, there were so many issues including the WiFi not working that we had to call the front desk multiple times. The staff gave us a small credit to offset the inconvenience but in comparison to the disappointing stay, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless there is a general major overhaul."

"to be honest the best part of our stay is when we are checking out. the guy in front desk is very nice and helpful. when we checked in the lady in front desk is so rude, when i called her on the phone for another bath towel she told me that if i need anything i need to come down and get it myself and hang up right away. so whats the use of the phone inside the room? and the washroom is so dirty when you take a shower the water is everywhere no shower curtains. and the worst part is they put only one towel in the room knowing that two people are staying.bed are uncomfortable no rack to hang your clothes. hanger is just two, the other thing their towels are so old and ripped... i'm seriously saying the truth here. NEVER recommend this hotel again it's just worthless."
