“We had reason to request to move room and the staff were very accommodating and looked after us well - top marks for that. The evening dinner (pie of the day) was actually unexpectedly excellent and the accompanying veggies were nice and crisp - very enjoyable. The only minor quibble was that due to TV mounting it was next to impossible to get a HDMI stick plugged in (something maybe to check into). Anyhow, all in all, nicely situated and a nice place to stay at and all the staff we encountered...

“Was a one night stay. The staff are friendly and room is clean. Was there was a lift in there but apart from that its a fine place.”

“The check in is in the pub which is fine. Friendly greeting. Parking very close so that's great. Room big. Basic. Shower good. Room has the distant smell of cigarettes. Probably lingering in the sofa bed. My company laptop and mobile wouldn't accept the Marston's WiFi so I had to toggle from my personal phone. Nearby M&S was perfect as I didn't want to dine in the pub.”

“My daughter & I had a lovely stay! Comfy beds and clean room! Plenty of parking space! We didn’t have food as we were meeting my other daughter for a meal in Nottingham! Would definitely stay again!”

“The room was not very warm, the light in the bathroom was flickering when on. Some rubbish under the drawers, thought the room was very highly priced Bed was very comfortable ”
