I will strongly recommend this property for your vacation at Seychelles. I also wish we had spent more time there instead at other places. You will feel like every white sand beach is your own private beach attended by friendly staffs. Every staff was very professional, warm and friendly. The service was impeccable. Hotel Manager Budi apparently did an excellent job to keep every guest satisfied. Tour guide Christian was so knowledgeable about marine lives. Arrival and departure experience were also superb.

Everything was simply perfect about this stay at the Four Seasons on Deroches Island. The service, the staff, the buildings and rooms, the food, the gardens, the stunning island , the list goes on ! This is the perfect place for a couple wanting that remote quiet island experience and being surrounded by beautiful nature. You can only reach the island via a very small aircraft, however this is part of the fun ! The resort is so well managed in partnership with the IDC on the island too, I feel so privileged to have experienced this beautiful Four Seasons establishment.

This was a stay that we will remember forever! Thank you so so much to the Four Seasons team, the whole island is absolutely beautiful, same with the facilities and our room with the pool was stunning. We’d love to come back, it really is a special place with incredible views from all angles! We loved the bikes and cycling around the island. One thing to note (and I appreciate flights are managed by a company separate to the FS, so it’s a little out of their control) but our flight to the island was cancelled around 48 hours before, so we needed to reschedule our plans, then the flight out of the island was moved to an hour or so later, which again meant we needed to reschedule our transfers. This wasn’t completely conducive to an stress-free holiday, and I definitely would advise not to have international flights from Mahé on the same day you fly to Desroches to avoid bigger problems. It would be great if there’s a way that the resort could establish a more reliable flight schedule with the company so it leaves guests without worries.

Exceptional Stay at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles

I recently spent six unforgettable nights at the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort’s team exudes positive energy and works seamlessly together, creating an environment where guests’ needs are anticipated and met with genuine care and attention. The island itself is a stunning, almost untouched paradise. We enjoyed exploring its many beautiful angles, whether by walking or biking through its lush landscapes. Every moment on the island felt like a discovery, adding to the overall sense of adventure and relaxation. While our stay was nearly perfect, we did encounter a couple of minor issues. The Wi-Fi connection was too slow. In addition, the bed wasn’t quite strong enough to support my back. However, the management promptly addressed these concerns and made every effort to improve our comfort, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, the combination of the resort’s impeccable service, the team’s collaborative spirit, and the island’s natural beauty made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island and look forward to returning.

It´s a magical place..

..a beautiful hidden island: lovely accomodation, good food, excellent staff and without mobile network - so you won´t be disturbed from the rest of the world. Take your bicycle, which waits already for you, to explore the island or one of the lonely beaches and get totally lost - in a good way.. it´s definitely worth it.

Excellent luxury hotel, great villas for families

We stayed for a week on Desroches with our 18 month old toddler and had a very good time. The Four Seasons had supplied everything we might need in our room: high quality crib and high chair, baby bath, nappy bin, potty, beach toys, steriliser, Johnson's baby wipes and toiletries... everything you could think of (well actually, there was no changing mat to go with the nappy bin, but a couple of towels on a luggage shelf will do just fine!), all because we requested a crib. All staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful as they always are at Four Seasons properties and tried to help us and our little one whenever they could. Our Sunset Beach Suite was perfect for a child. As well as a separate sitting area, bedroom and bathroom, there was a study that could be made dark and shut off from the rest of the villa. The private garden with large plunge pool was magnificent. The beach was the prettier of the two beaches that have hotel villas and the water was usually very calm, but for picture postcard beaches you will need to cycle for about 15 minutes to reach the undeveloped beaches. Scuba is very good and we visited one spectacular site just a short boat ride from the hotel. The hotel doesn't sit on the world's (or even the island's) prettiest beach, but Four Seasons staff, service, food and accommodation are as perfect as ever.

Four Seasons did it again.

Four Seasons never disappoints and once again they made this vacation spectacular. The real gem of this resort are the staff. From the restaurant manager to the assistant resort manager to the simple waiter, room service, anyone is just the nicest, they make you feel always so comfortable and they try always their best to help you out in any possible way. The island is private, the resort sits on one side but occupies a pretty good area or it. I just want to say if you stay here you will not be disappointed.
