“De accommodatie is een van de beste plekken in Adana om te verblijven, in combi van rust en drukte. Alles om je heen qua winkel etc en rust tegelijkertijd. Schone kamers alles zoals op de fotos wordt aangegeven. Qua personeel is er maar een persoon en dat is Ozgur. Ozgur is de beste! Communicatie, klantvriendelijkheid zijn aandacht naar zowel als mij naar andere klanten toe, professioneel, behulpzaam top gozer! ”

It was impossible to find an actual non-smoking room as we requested and paid for, and we checked out 4 rooms before conceding that such a thing didn't exist at this place. There were cigarette burns on the carpet. The room, and the place in general, is really run down and clearly hasn't been updated since it was built in the . . . 60s? 70s? When we arrived at...
