Odanın klozet oturağı düzgün takılmamış, çapraz duruyor, tuvalete değmeden oturmak neredeyse imkansız.
Adana için ekstra soğuk bir hafta sonuydu, klima maalesef en sıcağa alındığında bile yeterli ısıtmayı sağlayamadı.

21-23 Kasım 2025 tarihlerinde Adana Koza Otelde kaldım ,çalışan personel gayet iyi ve güler yüzlüydü hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum ama malesefki internette yayınlanan odalarla bana verilen odanın hiçbir alakası yoktu oda ve içerisinde bulunan malzemeler çok eskiydi. ( WC , elbise dolapları çok eski ,balkon penceresi eski ve ses yalıtımı yok, duvar boyası kötü durumda). Gidecek olanlara tavsiyem otel tadilat olup yenilenene ve müşteriye hakkı olan saygıyı gösterilene kadar bu oteli tercih etmemeleri. Herkese iyi çalışmalar iyi tatiller.
