“Everything was great ”

“Didn't pay for 5-star hotel so didn't expect 5-star conditions, only cleanliness, instead after driving 7 hours in the night to get here, with a kid as well, they gave us a dirty room with dirty sheets, full of different flying bugs. Told a guy about it and he had the audicity to give us "clean" sheets to change them ourselves, some of them didn't even fit so in the end he changed our room. Next day we arrived later in the evening at the property and they told us we didn't respect their rules...

“The hotel is incredibly close to the main attraction however it is very basic. it is clean and has decent food for purchase, shower pressure is 1/10 the sink has more flow. i used a cup to splash myself from the sink to the shower just to get the soap off my body. I did not dare to wash my hair. I ended up checking out early and driving to the city for a hot shower.”

“Excelente hotel para ir en familia, muy acogedor y muy amable el personal. Nos recibió Manuel, el día que llegamos super tarde, y nos esperaba para acomodarnos, sabía muy bien que íbamos con una niña pequeña, así que un muy buen recibimiento. Los dormitorios muy bien aseados y se notaba que estaban bien fumigados, sin insectos ni nada, a pesar de estar en la selva, las comidas del restaurante muy buenas en relación calidad y precio. Muy acogedor el entorno y entretenido para andar con niños.”
