Amazing Hotel! Views are just spectacular! I stayed on top floor overseeing mountains and rapid brook - beautiful. On the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had in my life with unlimited wine and champagne. Exquisite and inexpensive restaurant downstairs. Located 5 minutes walk from the center and bus stop. Was great location- convenient to bike trails at Pal Arenal. Balcony on road, could be loud in evening. Lovely pool and bar area. Mind the note to contact the host 3 days prior to get check in instructions.

Two seniors in their early 70 from the U.S. who are not too picky about European hotels, and usually stay at 3 star locations stayed at Hotel de l’Isard in Andorra. We arrived with a car around 2pm on a weekday and our room was ready. There is a parking space in front of the hotel to drop off luggage. We had to park in Public Parking about one block away—be sure to have the hotel validate your parking ticket and go to the ticket office in the parking lot to pay when you leave so you get the...

The young gentleman who works at the counter is super helpful. The older manager had no customer service skills and screamed us out of the hotel when we showed him our prepaid hotels.com receipt, saying it wasn't his problem and we must pay. Beware. Location was great for our summer holiday, we could hear the river outside our window.

After having my bag and passport stolen in Barcelona, I needed a relaxing weekend to forget about troubles. Checking into the Hotel Plaza was the right move. The staff was sympathetic to my needs a very nice to my friend and I. We had a wonderful massage in the onsite spa; and a few hours in the spa after the treatment. We enjoyed happy hour in the cafe/bar. The whole city of Andorra la Vella met my need for a relaxing stay with a people much more trustworthy then those I had left in Spain.

The staff were fantastic. Luis in the reception, Aroa and Diego from the bar and breakfast areas were helpful, friendly, and professional. We loved Andorra so much, we extended our stay two additional nights. We highly recommend Abba Xalet.

Positive: The apartment is very cozy and super useful if you are staying for a few days - great kitchen and lots of space. They were also recently renovated and were very clean. It is very close to Grandvalira / Port d'Envalira. We did not have any problems with parking. The views are amazing. Negative: It is a little far from markets / larger cities, so you probably should prepare in advance if you want to make food in the apartment. Our bed was also not that confortable.

I loved the place and the service. The check in process after hours was a little difficult but staying there was worth it.

The hotel was very nice. Located in the heart of shopping district. And an easy walk to the Caldea Spa. The room was very clean and had all the amenities. Staff was helpful and the beds were very comfortable. All good and nice place to stay in Andorra.
