โThe people staffing the hostel are so very wonderful. They go out of their way to help, from the front desk to the people who change the linens. And the location is terrific. There are loads of nice hikes nearby. The restaurant & bar are exceptional as well. 15 stars out of 5!โ
โThe workers are really kind, and every facilities are clean.
One of the important thing is location. It is located in right next to the Encamp, so we feel comfortable to go trail.
Ski shop at the first floor was really nice, they had a nice ski.

โA mi llegada me informan que el ascensor estรก fuera de servicio y que si es alguna molestia, le informo que por problemas de rodilla de mi mujer si que es un problema pero que nos contestaremos con lo que hay, en lo que la persona que nos atendiรณ muy amablemente y profesionalidad, nos ubicรณ en otro hotel muy cerca de este y en las mismas condiciones por lo que le estamos muy agradecidos mi mujer y yo. โ

โLoved this quaint hostel. Great location. Lovely little park right outside the door. Had a bit of trouble with getting in but that was due to some missed communication. Thre is no one onsite. โ
โHotel with good sized pool and spa area. This is part of a group of hotels. They share pools restaurants between novotel and mecure. I stayed during low season so thr rate was fantastic but the room smelt smoke and there were no tea/coffee making facility. Even when I went to reception to ask one they said no.โ
โStaying at Villa Paulita was a superb experience. My only small criticisms were the lack of tissues in the room and no drinking water supplied on each day. For a hotel of the standard and price these should be supplied gratis.
