"A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. "Loved the property however booking was stuffed up and could only stay 1 night instead of 2 so had to find different accommodation. I did receive a full refund. "

"Our family of 5 arrived at the villa at 630pm tired and hoping for a good night rest. Pressed the bell and knocked on the door before someone came down from the villa. Realised they werent aware there is a booking for the night's stay! We had to wait for a good one hour before that poor caretaker sort out the stay wt the owner for our booking and then cleaned the rooms. No service recovery and no apologies by the owner at all. Utterly disappointed! "
