"This is now our go to place to stay when visiting this area of Arkansas. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, with a large tub and a large separate shower. It also had a washer and dryer in the apartment! Great communication with the staff! If I only had a fishing pole with me, there is a lake right behind the building we stayed in. Outstanding!"

"It was a excellent 2 start hotel. Breakfast was good. The pool was relaxing. Quiet. Slept well. Warm cookies were served at night."

"The office folks were nice, they were able to get us on a ground floor. The breakfast was good - no complaints!!!"

"Beds were comfortable. But our main reason to choose this place was the hot tub. Which was not working. Was disappointing. We were on the 3rd floor and right above us was a lot of running and jumping. Did stop at bedtime for the most part. Other than that was a nice clean place . Very roomy. Would definitely stay again "

"Rooms were very nice & clean — at breakfast we had waffles - oatmeal & hot coffee or hot tea . Staff was very nice & helpful . The only negative we found about it —- no hair dryers in rooms or at the desk — so be sure & bring your own ! Yes - we all would stay again !!!"
