"Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, problem was that I picked the wrong type of room for my stay in Sydney with the family, this room was best suited for someone travelling for work. I was told that apartments are available with kitchen and couches but next time I will call the hotel to book"

"This is my second time staying at the Victoria Hotel. The room was spotless, the bed comfy and check in easy. The location is in the heart of the CBD. My only thing is the rooms could do with a bit of colour but otherwise my overnight stay was great. The restaurant was excellent too. Highly recommend. "

"Every staff is polite and friendly, from housekeeping to front desk and porters. Very nice building and decent gym. It would be great if a swimming pool exists or an affiliation with a local pool. This hotel is more for business travellers which was ideal for me on this trip while I was working off my iPad. "
