“직원들이 굉장히 친절했음 힐튼호텔은 아주 좋았음 (바쿠라는 도시 자체가 일방통행 위주이고, 횡단보도가 있는 곳이 있고, 없는 곳도 있어서 무단횡단을 조장하고 있는 점 생각보다 도로를 건너는게 어려운 점이 올드타운까지 걸어서 접근하는 데에 어려움이 있었음 이것은 호텔의 문제는 아니고, 도시의 운영형태라서 적응하면 될것으로 생각함 좋은 물건을 싸게 살수있는 포인트들이 많으므로 힐튼호텔에서 올드타운으로 가는 거리의 가게들을 유심히 볼것)”

“Good access point near downtown and shopping mall as well Starbucks coffee, Paul bakery. Staff was kind and good at english as well good services and good internet condition( my personal experience, internet condition is better than any other hotel in Baku.)”

“The biggest advantage of the hotel is service! Hotel stuff has helped us to arrange trips, has given us a lot of useful information and tips. Communication with the hotel before we arrived was also great! We really appreciate their approach. Hotel is clean but it's older hotel and condition of the hotel is accordingly.”

“Fawlty Towers is centrally located within easy walking distance of the downtown pedestrian streets and waterfront promenade, but the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The surrounding 2 blocks are rather dingy and full of dive bars. The hotel and room are clean. There was air conditioning (a big plus in Baku's heat). The free breakfast is very generous. The staff is nice and very helpful (but occasionally they have someone working who only speaks Azerbaijani and not English or Russian)....
