"Hotel is centrally located and has big rooms. Indoor pool was in need of maintenance, but the kids didn't seem to mind. Overall a good option and nice place to stay."

"This property is in severe need of being completely remodeled. It may have been a nice place at one time but now it's in bad shape. When I first arrived there was nobody at the front desk for around 10 minutes. Several other people were waiting as well. This was a bad experience that I don't want repeated. "

"I booked this hotel because they had a buffet with good reviews. The buffet shut down the week prior to our stay and the breakfast in the restaurant was pretty lackluster. That was frustrating. One of the beds on our room didn’t have sheets on the bed so we called down to the front desk and a staff member brought up a comforter and said that the rest of the bedding was folded up inside. There was no offer for them to make the bed, they just handed the bundle over with the expectation that WE would make the bed. Come to find out, there weren’t any sheets in the bundle, it was just a comforter so we then had two comforters and no sheets! There were also several pieces of broken plastic on the floor of the room when we arrived which made me question whether or not the room had been vacuumed. I wouldn’t stay here again. The location is okay, but I wasn’t impressed with the hotel or competence of the staff. "
