“Everything was great! Spacious room, great breakfast, and staff”

“The surroundings of the hotel are very bad.”

“I accidentally made a double payment while extending my stay, but no one told me about it when I went to the lobby to update my room key. It wasn’t until the next day, when I went to update my key again, that they finally mentioned the double reservation and payment. They just kept saying the payment had already been finalized, so they refused to give the refund. ”

“I use it often every time I come to Bangkok, but the more I go, the more I don't clean & manage the facilities. The wallpaper is torn and dirty. The water keeps dripping from the air conditioner. This time there is even a small trash in the trash can. The accommodation staff are kind, the facilities are good, and the room is spacious. It's a good accommodation.”
