Pompano Beach Club

"Loved this resort. The staff & services were top notch!!! Exceptional views from our hotel room. Plus the views from the main building sitting areas & restaurants. Nice beach - smallish - however, it was the right size for the September shoulder month crowds. The resort is in the midst of an ownership change soon. Plans may include shutdown for several months for upgrades & renovations to the property. There is alot of rumors about the next steps - I won’t repeat since I heard a lot of contradicting info. The professionalism & positive attitude of the staff was impressive & appreciated. Loved the food at both restaurants (indoor & Outdoor seating available). We were happy to pay for the addition of the Meal Plan to include Dinner at either restaurants. Reservations required at Ocean Grill."

Hamilton Princess & Beach Club - A Fairmont Hotel

"My husband and I had a phenomenal 3 night stay at the Hamilton Princess last week. The elegant hotel appointments and decor were gorgeous. We also loved the infinity pool. Our dining experience at the Intrepid Restaurant was wonderful! We had the bone marrow, Flight of Striploin Steaks with chimichurri sauce and the Sauteed Mushrooms, which we would highly recommend. Our amazing server, Olena, made the experience exceptional! She was warm, knowledgeable, super pleasant and very professional. We'd also like to give our compliments to the 1609 Restaurant, where we dined twice. I'm still dreaming about their Catch of the Day (wahoo) Ceviche. And a shout out to our server Shelley, who helped make our meal special. This was our first trip to Bermuda. It was extraordinary and when we return we look forward to staying there again."

St George's Club Hotel

"Highly recommended. We stayed in the Harbour View Suite which had an openplan living room and kitchen, a separate bedroom, also a balcony with fantastic views of St Georges Harbour. Helpful staff, very clean, good wifi, swimming pool, tennis courts, very close to shops, restaurants of historic St George. Bus and ferry service to rest of island. Also walking trails nearby to Tobacco Bay, St Catherine's fort. It's not cheap, nor is Bermuda as whole. But that aside, a very enjoyable stay, we would come back."

"Absolutely fantastic stay. The service was genuinely 10/10, but what really made this hotel special was the staff. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. You really got the sense that they were happy to see you and genuinely wanted to make sure you had a great stay. I arrived extremely late after a delayed flight, well beyond the normal check-in time, and they could not have been more helpful. They stayed up to make sure I could check in safely and had somewhere to stay that night, which I hugely appreciated. It’s that kind of service and kindness that makes a hotel memorable. A brilliant experience from start to finish, and the team deserve real recognition for how well they look after their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
