“The staff were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and responsive. They offered complimentary rides everyday. The view in the room was stunning. The location is great, right near the ferry to Hamilton. The hotel offered 9 free ferry tickets which can also be used for the bus. The kitchenette was great and had everything you needed. No restaurants within walking distance. You will have to call a taxi.”

“The staff was wonderful - very helpful. The property is aged and we did see roaches and rats. The dining chairs are stained with bird poop. Food was good - better in the dining hall that required reservations. My family enjoyed the stay.”
