“Very good experience. Bermuda has a very good public bus system. we got passes from the Hotel and traveled very comfortably from the hotel to various attractions, later returning to the Bus Stops right in front of the hotel property. Food and staff were all fantastic.”

“Beautiful setting and very nice accommodations. Most staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant menus were way too exotic for our tastes. After trying both restaurants, we avoided them except for simple breakfast. Ground transportation was a very expensive problem. The resort arranged taxis (nothing else) but essentially dumped the problem on guests. ”

The checkout day, I left recharge cord and adapter in my room but could not find at all. It was surely taken by maid. Please reinforce education to maids not to steal customers' belonging.”

“The hotel location is fantastic and convenient for travellers who use public transportation like Bus and Ferry to explore the island, only 500 meter away from the city bus terminal. I enjoyed my stay during the Xmas holiday and had very nice conversations with staff Tata and Rachel. Both of them are kind and very helpful to provide me info I needed. “Great location on beautiful beach, next to golf course, close to railway trail. Warm, friendly staff. Small, family-owned resort with personal attention. Great views of the sea from every room, dining room, bar etc. Spacious suites. Excellent food - very good value if you get the MAP meal plan.”
