“unique is in heart of the city. and disappointing is that unreasonable charge for breakfast and laundry. sometimes, if the guest number are less, they take the buffet charge but the service they provide as alakart. every time u have to ask for food as if u become tired off asking. weardrob having bad smell, the comode they provide it shakes. it's a bad experienced in this hotel.”

“This hotel is in one of the best locations possible, by the gurgling river Paro, along which you can stroll at leisure after the brilliant high-tea the chefs here serve. The rooms are great, and the hospitality team led by the manager Ugyen Wangchuk (special mention to wait staff, Tashi Tobgay) is really good at their jobs.
