“It was really strange and inconvenient that there was no one at the “reception” desk after 15:00. And the young woman at the restaurant on the main floor said she didn’t know anything about the hotel. We found our reservation slip and our keys and let ourselves into the room. Later in the evening, the girl who did not know anything suddenly knew enough to make sure we paid. Very odd.”

“The hotel was clean and tidy. The reception left a lot to be desired, however. The front desk attendant was often not present and despite having selected this hotel for the included breakfast, we were turned away and told to contact hotels.com. After a long conversation with hotels.com (it took around a hour to reach someone), they confirmed we’d paid for breakfast. They offered a small credit and suggested we return for breakfast. None of us felt comfortable doing so after the chilly and...

“Very nice view, very good location”

Sehr weiches Bett. Die Küche ohne Toaster. ”

“Schmutzig und unsicher ”

“Super Modern eingerichtet, alles ziemlich neu. Perfekte Matratzen. Top Lage in der Altstadt.”

“Very centrally located historic building. Entrance via electronic lock system. They have a laundry room in the basement but no real instructions on how to use and pay for it. I called the host but the lady on the phone also had no idea how it works and told she woul call me back. She called me back very shortly after und told me that I need special tokens and they could bring them by what I declined because of time constraints. At night it was really loud on the street in front of the room...

“Lovely flat, nice decor, would stay again if in area”
