“Located in a great location with earls court tube station and shops in 4 mins with decent atmosphere, room was clean, staffs were helpful, and complimentary laundry room was very useful. But the bed was too soft (for me) and towels didn’t seem to be washed professionally as those were not as white as you’d expect from a conventional hotel. And it would be really handy if they provide a disposable flat mob or some sort as there was only a tiny table broom that I had to crawl to clean the floor....
