“Great for the price. Friendly staff. Had to carry luggage up the stairs, but the staff is willing to help if you need them to. Attention to small things were really impressive -- they helped me with parking my car in subtle but very kind ways. For instance, seeing that my car was small (a VW golf), they suggested using their garage rather than use the paid parking spot. And since we were going on to Belgrade next, the staff explained our bus station and route options, printed bus tickets that we purchased online, and even arranged a taxi to take us to the station the next morning.
