"Positive Experience: This was my third time staying at this hotel in Cairns, and once again, it was a pleasant experience overall. I arrived early in the morning, and a kind Japanese staff member at the front desk went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in for an additional fee. Thanks to them, I was able to settle in comfortably after a long flight. Moreover, as I had requested in advance, I was given a room at the corner side with the best view, which I truly appreciated.
