Inside, the room wasn’t clean, a torn pillow and long hairs in the carpet. Spa area: mold in the pool and humidity in the shower. To top it off, we were charged $7 for two Nespresso capsules in the room that seemed complimentary. Definitely not worth the price."

The stairs to the bedroom felt unsafe, as there’s no handrail. The place has potential, but it really needs maintenance and better safety conditions."

Por suerte en la posada tenian las primeras 3 noches con disponibilidad, nos hicieron un precio especial y nos quedamos 3 dias arreglando directamente con ellos. Contacte con Hoteles y me informaron el error ocurrido y nos ofrecieron un monto en credito en mi cuenta pero nunca lo he visto ni me respondieron ningun mail informandome como puedo usar ese credito para otra reserva.
