“Overall excellent. Only (minor) problem was that the first night was pretty cold, and there was no heat in the room. The second night the host provided a ceramic electric heater and that made the cabin very cosy.”

“Room had a fantastic view as described. Meals were top notch. Staff in general were fantastic. The person during check-in could have been more accommodating and understanding. Parking was a little cramped and down a hill. Pool was outdated but kept clean ”

“Staff is incredible and this is a gorgeous hotel. I appreciate how accommodating everyone is here from the front desk, the shuttle drivers, the housekeepers, restaurant staff, etc. We had a Jungle view split with a great look at the ocean and never missed a sunset. This easily stood out as the nicest hotel in the area, and you'll also see so much wildlife from your room and as you walk around the property. 1,000,000/10 experience”
