Fantastic resort! Everything was beyond expectations. The grounds and pools are gorgeous with amazing views and food is always super fresh and delicious. All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and friendly - especially Pablo, Jordan, Jackie, Roberto, Jaffeth. Parador is a very special place that made us feel like we are part of their family. Hope to return soon!

Amazingly beautiful place! We saw monkeys 20+ 2 times, on the monkey trail and later at the spa! We also saw sloth, macaws and other animals on the property! We played pickleball, got a couples massage, swam, went snorkeling, kayaking and jumped off tour boat’s high deck and used their slide. Much more to do next time!

Amazing stay at parador! Only problem was the road getting there was steep and broken. We drove so it made it so we didn’t feel motivated to leave the property. We usually love to venture out and explore but we stayed at the property unless we were doing an excursion. Food was overpriced at the restaurant. Staff was outstanding and go above and beyond every time. Room was lovely and comfy and grounds were amazing and teeming with wildlife. Very special place and road should be fixed soon. Will def go back!

I booked a Vista Suite and the view from this room made me feel like I truly escape from reality and into a jungle dreamscape. The staff were super friendly and willing to help if they see a guest needs to some assistance. The group hotel chat was super helpful to provide assistance. The pool was awesome and the bartender at the pool side bar was awesome! I want to go back

Amazing retreat. The hotel was one of the most beautiful and quiet places I have been . The staff was very friendly and attentive. The place has a lot of outdoor activities, great views, and close encounter with wild animals throughout the property. I will definitely return to this location in the future.
