The nature walk on property feels more 'jungle' then the trails in the park itself. We had two rooms side by side which worked well for our family of four. Pool area is very nice with shaded palapas. “Our group had a 3 night stay in the monkey room. We loved the private outdoor seating area, the large room with a fridge (cold drinks!), and comfortable beds. The staff was so lovely and super helpful. Two of us were not feeling well for some of the time, and they were so accommodating with when we needed our room cleaned, helping us order fresh fruit plates to the room, and checking in on us when we went in and out. “Parkings easy and close by. Location cannot be beat. Area around the hotel is nice and there are restaurants bars and shops. Beach is literally across the street and the national park entrance is around the corner. Theres a restaurant attached the the hotel with yummy food. View from the first floor is next to nonexistent but who cares walk across the street if you want to see the beach. AC which is a nice respite after a hike or a swim. No fridge which is less than ideal but so many other parts...

“My son and I had a beautiful time at this hillside resort. The staff was super friendly, the grounds were clean, and the location was awesome!”

“The property is beautiful once you find it. My Google maps was having a bit of a hard time. The car climb to the entrance of the hotel is...interesting. The restaurant offers basic fare, hamburgers, tacos and such. It was nice not to have to go out for dinner if you didn't want to. Some of the restaurant staff was not very attentive but the food was good. Running out of butter for the toast at breakfast was a little hard to understand. Overall a nice stay.”
